Yes. Go to the settings view and tap the two arrows button.

Sorry, we've been a bit rubbish with this one! We're hoping to release it before summer 2012.

Is there a way to add items other than on my iPhone / Touch?

Not yet. There was in v4.x, but the database was simpler back then! We are working on a way to import catalogue items, bags, notes and to dos, which should cut out most of the set up work.
