The Reports List

This screen shows the various reports that you can view for your shifts. Tapping on a report type will take you that report.

Today only shows shifts started today.

All Shifts shows all shifts for all days and all tasks.

Shifts By Task tapping on a particular task name shows the shifts for that task.

Note: reports show completed shifts only, so do not include the current shift if it is still running.

The Report View

This report view looks similar to this. Each shift for the given report is shown along with the start and stop times and the shift duration.

Tapping on a shift will show a detail view that also allows you to edit that shift (see Editing Shifts).

Shake To Sort

Shaking you iPhone or iPod Touch shows this set of sort options.

Simply select the sort order you prefer. This will apply to all reports, however you only have to shake to change the order again!

If you always want the sort order to be the same, select the order you want then go to settings and turn Shake To Sort off.

If you don't see these options, check that Shake To Sort is turned on in your settings.
