The Current Tasks List
This lists all your current tasks and shows the comments you may have added to each task.
Tapping on a task will select that task and take you to the timer screen. This sets the task for the next shift.
Please note that if the current shift is still running, the task you just selected won't show on the timer screen. Once have stopped the current shift, shiftTM will change the current task.
Adding New Tasks
Tapping the '+' button will show this screen.
Tap on each row to set the values. If the keyboard is not already visible, it will appear. When you're done tap 'Save' or to cancel tap 'Tasks'.
Task: Each task must have a name and it must be different from any other task in the tasks list.
Comment: You can add a comment or note to the task here.
Deleting Tasks
Tapping the 'Edit' button changes the list to look like this.
You can delete tasks by tapping the minus sign on the left or swiping a task, just like most iPhone apps.
BEWARE: deleting a task can also delete all of the shifts for that task. This only happens if you have chosen not to keep old task shifts in the settings and you will be warned as soon as enter edit mode.
When you're done, tap the 'Done' button.
Editing Tasks
Tapping the 'Edit' button (see Deleting Tasks) puts the list into edit mode. If you then tap on a task, this screen is shown.
This works the same as the Adding New Tasks, except that the current values are already set.
Tap on each row to set the values. If the keyboard is not already visible, it will appear.
When you're done tap 'Save' or to cancel tap 'Tasks'.
